Shalom Hartman Institute

The Shalom Hartman Institute (SHI) is a leading center of Jewish thought and education, serving Israel and North America.

During the Israel Study Tour, Russell Berrie Fellows benefit from an academic program designed for them at the SHI through which they become even more aware about the diversity within Judaism and the Jewish approach to texts.

Centro Pro Unione

The Centro Pro Unione in Rome is born from the ecumenical charism of the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement.

Its principle mission is to provide a place for research, meetings and encounters, formation in theological, social and spiritual ecumenism as well as promoting a sensitivity to the ecumenical movement.

The Jewish Theological Seminary of America (JTS)

JTS is a preeminent institution of Jewish higher education in North America, training thoughtful, innovative leaders—rabbis, cantors, educators, lay leaders, and scholars—who strengthen communities with a vision of Judaism that is deeply grounded in the Jewish past and thoroughly engaged with contemporary society.

Together with JTS’s Milstein Center for Interreligious Dialogue, the JPII Center co-sponsors the annual John Paul II Lecture on Interfaith Understanding.
